This unique property has its own private beach path that leads down to one of the areas most beautiful beaches, only accessible to you and two other neighbors. The Phoenix House is designed for you and your guests feel to completely at home, with 4 king bedrooms, queen pull-out, 3.5 baths, 2 living rooms, game area, and ocean views from almost every room. Relax, explore, and make memories that will last a lifetime at the Phoenix House.
The space
*Private beach might not be appropriate for some guests. Please review listing photos. Guests will need to be able to navigate a steep incline with 4 switch backs and uneven footing with no handrail. *Property might not be appropriate for children under the age of 12. *No Pets, except for service animals. *No small events or gatherings of people who are not guests.
The Phoenix House is located in one of the Oregon Coasts most premium locations. Situated on a high bluff overlooking a breathtaking sweep of some of the coastlines most stunning views of isolated beaches, rocky outcroppings, sea birds, whale sittings, storm watching and stargazing. Private beach path leads to a uniquely remote and secluded beach that is almost completely blocked off by headlands and accessible only to two other neighbors. Spend hours walking, exploring, picnicking or just relaxing and enjoying the waves and solitude.
You and your guests will feel right at home in this classically designed coastal home. Ocean views surround you from almost every room. You and your guests will be able to make the most of your precious time together in the homes open space living areas, multiple Livingroom's, and family game room. Fully stocked kitchen has everything your cooks need, including stunning ocean views, while they enjoy preparing meals. Staggard throughout the house are four bedrooms, all with king size beds and ocean views . Central heating, carpet throughout home and gas fireplace are all ideal for those cozy stormy days. Sunny days, enjoy stunning views north to south, read to the sound of the ocean, or star gaze from a lounge chair on the surrounding deck. Remotely located 8 miles North of Gold Beach, Oregon. Gated driveway. Private driveway with quiet neighbors.

The Phoenix House is a 3 level ocean front home with a private gated driveway, private beach path, located on a bluff over looking a secluded beach inlet surrounded by rocky headlands.
2ND FLOOR
Driveway parking and front door lead into the 2nd floor entry way. Located on 2nd floor is a living area with an open space concept between kitchen, dining area and Livingroom with half bath to the side, master King bedroom with full ensuite bathroom and laundry room.

Kitchen Fully stocked kitchen with ocean view windows, kitchen island with three bar stools, gas stovetop, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, drip coffee pot, Keurig, coffee grinder, crockpot, blender, dining ware, silverware, glasses, serving dishes, baking dishes and utensils, pantry, spices. Propane BBQ located outside in carport.

Laundry Room Located just down small hall from kitchen. Front end loading washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, free & clear laundry detergent, stain remover.
3rd FLOOR 12 steps lead up to 3rd floor with 2 king bedrooms, sleeper sofa and full bathroom.

3rd Floor Full Bathroom Shower/Bathtub, vanity with 2 sinks and mirror, toilet. Towels, body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided.
1st FLOOR 12 steps lead down to 1st floor with king bedroom, game room area, 1st floor living room, full bathroom.
Ground Floor King Bedroom Ocean view with slider door, king bed, 2 nightstands with bedside lamps, dresser with mirror, closet. Linens provided.
Game Room Area Pool table, card table, games, puzzles, books.
Living Room, 1st Floor Ocean view with slider door, leather couch, loveseat, and oversized chair with ottoman, smart TV with cable, coffee table, end tables with lamps.
1st Floor Full Bathroom Stand up shower, vanity with sink and mirror, toilet. Towels, body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided.
BEACH PATH
Guests are asked to use at their own risk. Path is maintained but it does have a descend down the bluff with 4 switchbacks, uneven footing and no hand rails. Guests are also encouraged to check tides and conditions before visiting the beach. OUTDOOR FEATURES Carport- Open parking area with no door. Also an ideal area for sitting and visiting or playing corn hole during a rainy day. Propane BBQ. Surrounding Lawn- Beautifully maintained lawn surrounds the house. Oceanside Deck- Stunning views up and down the coast. Deck furniture with deck cushions for lounging. Entryway seating area- Covered table with two chairs facing the driveway. Great quiet area to rest away from the wind.
PARKING
Maximum 5 vehicles. Covered carport available. RV's, trailers, boats and tow behinds MUST get prior approval. Turn around in driveway can be difficult. Pulling into or backing into the height restricted carport would be required.
NEIGHBORHOOD
Located 10 miles North of Gold Beach. Access road is shared with two other neighbors. Property line is shared to neighbor to the North. We ask guest to please respect neighbors, adhere to the No Trespassing signs, quiet hours and to not park on access road.
WIFI, INTERNET and UTILITIES Be aware that because we are located on the coast and because of coastal weather the internet and utilities are sometimes not consistent and are subject to outages. Such outages are outside of the Host and Homeowners control and are not responsible for any loss off service during such outages.
PETS
No pets allowed except for declared service animals.
Other things to note * Yard maintenance crew is scheduled to arrive and work on property every Tuesday between 11:00-3:00. Guest must allow maintenance crews to be on property and park in driveway. *There is a camera outside at the front door in which audio can be activated. Also a camera from shop facing the south side of the house. *Shop on the south side of driveway is locked up and not available to guests.

House rules
- No pets
- Property is not recommended for children under the age of 12.
- Only the amount of guests listed on reservation are allowed on property during stay unless given prior authorization.
- Guests under the age of 21 must be supervised by adults at all times.
- Absolutely no smoking, vaping or Pets. Extra Fee of $500 will be charged to guest if proof of either a pet or smoking is found at property following stay.
- Quiet hours are after 9.00 pm and before 9:00 am.
- Respect the neighbors and wildlife.
- All parking should be on property in driveway, carport or in front of shop. No parking on or blocking the street. Absolutely no parking on the lawn.
- Checkout out time is 11:00 am on the day of your departure. Cleaning & maintenance crews will have access to property starting at 11:15 am.
- No rearranging of interior furnishings or décor.
- Guest must allow access for yard and garden maintenance to service property every Tuesday sometime between 11am-3pm
